*Hiring Needs & NEW Portable Book Requirement*
As Rimôn continues to grow and expand across a wide range of practice areas and locations, we remain focused on attracting and recruiting the very best legal talent. You will find our Current Hiring Needs included in our newsletter. While this list is strategic, it is not exhaustive. We remain opportunistic in hiring partners at the top of their respective fields who will excel on our platform – regardless of region or expertise. Please note, as of April 1, 2024, our minimum portable book of business requirement for partner candidates increased to $750k. As a reminder, our ideal Rimôn partner candidates are:
- Entrepreneurial;
- From a top-tier law firm;
- Established in their career (10+ years);
- Excellent in their particular area of practice and have a reputation for such;
- A go-to attorney with a loyal and portable client base;
- Required to have a minimum portable book of business of $750k;
- Flexible in how they bill clients;
- Collaborative and enjoy working closely with other attorneys; and, of course,
- Individuals who embrace Rimôn’s firm principles of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
